(1) The Government of Nepal shall, in consultation with the head of the wart control program, divide the areas for vaccination and appoint one or more superintendents as needed for each area.
(2) After dividing the area according to sub-rule (1), the superintendent shall maintain the places of carving in such areas.
(3) A large signboard (signboard) as written in Schedule-1 shall be hung at or near the vaccination site established under sub-rule (2) so that it can be seen by the general public.
